1 week down, 3 to go!

Hey everyone,

The first week is over!   3 more to go.
How about we all post a verse, proverb, saying, or even just a thought, as long as it is something to encourage Jenny as she starts week 2?

Ok, I' start:
Philippians 4:13 - I can do all things through him who strenghens me.

Who's next?

  1. Hi Jenny! You are a quarter of the way there! We think you can, we think you can, we think you can!
    Come on little engine full of determination...
    we think you can, we think you can, we think you can! We love you so much and are behind you pushing you on from afar!

  2. Jenny - if you've made it through the first week, I'm sure you'll make it through the rest! :) You're incredibly motivated, dedicated, and competent, and I know you can do this! Remember the Lord's words to Joshua & the Israelites: "Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go."

  3. I can't think of a verse at this moment, but how about this:
    We love you and are praying for you! The fact that you are even there is a testimony to the strength of your spirit and your determination! May the Lord fortify you with His strength and grace to persevere to the end. Love and hugs, Mom

  4. And hey, this is much less spiritual, but try holding on to the image of kicking some you-know-what as you say, "Payback is hell, isn't it?"

  6. He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.
    Even youths grow tired and weary,and young men stumble and fall;
    but those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength.
    They will soar on wings like eagles;
    they will run and not grow weary,
    they will walk and not be faint.

    Isaiah 40:29-31

  7. Hey, Jenny. Almost two full weeks in. Just want you to know that I'm praying for you daily. Can't wait to see you. By the way, sorry this gets published as "anonymous". I can't figure out any other way to do it.
    Love, Dad
